Quick Tip to Help Prevent Acne While You Sleep

If you are a model with oily skin or you are prone to acne, here’s a quick tip that could help you prevent blemishes.

Wear your hair back when you go to sleep at night. This way, the natural oils from your hair or the products you use in your hair won’t clog your pores and aggravate an acne attack.

Also, be sure to regularly wash or change out your pillowcase you sleep on. It absorbs oils from your face and hair every time you sleep on it and then you sleep on it potentially allowing it to clog your pores.

You will be a happy camper when you start to notice clearer skin in the morning.

Pollution and stress play a major role in aggravating the pimple infection. In order to remove the pollutants from the surface of your facial skin, you simply need to apply a face pack, preferably a fruit facial, on a weekly basis. Likewise, you can try and soothe your mind by listening to soft music.

I completely agree, Toby! That’s the truth…

I read an article recently by our Creative Director here, Erin Meester – on Keeping it Fresh for the Holidays on Newstabulous.com

You might find that interesting too to eradicate pimples, etc.

Can I merely say what a rleeif to seek out someone who actually knows exactly what theyre preaching about on the internet. You certainly know how to provide an issue to help light and make it crucial. More people must read this plus understand this aspect of the history. I find it difficult to believe you are not more popular since you definitely contain the gift.
